Currently the WebGL shaders are beeing compiled and texture memory is allocated. Especially in Chrome on windows, this might take a while. Please be patient and do not interrupt if the browser warns you that the page is not responsive.

To improve compilation times on Chrome, you can use the --use-gl=desktop command line option or use Firefox Nightly, instead.
